Does Your Customer Qualify for The Pilot Program or the Purchase Order Program?

1. Direct Purchase

TO QUALIFY:

  • ANY business can qualify, as long as they have an HVAC or a walk-in cooler or freezer!

2. Pilot Program

TO QUALIFY:

  • Minimum deal value of $25,000 (generally 10 locations or more)
    • IntelliHVAC are $999 each, EnerG2 are $599 each.
    • Example: If you prospect had 10 sites and a combined total of 10 HVAC units and 30 walk-in coolers or freezers that would total $27,960, so they qualify!
  • Must have a relationship and direct contact with the decision maker

DIRECT PURCHASE:

To complete a direct purchase you will need to help your customer complete a Purchase Order. Here are 4 simple steps to win the deal and have your customer place their order:

STEP 1: Be prepared

  • Download the Purchase Order form below
  • Be sure to also download the:
    • Lease Agreement form and
    • Lease Payment Calculator
    • TIP: These are used to help show your customer their payment amounts and to help them complete their Lease Agreement (if they choose this option)
  • Download the individual product fliers from the links above

STEP 2: Meet with your customer 

  • Meet with your commercial customer and show them the benefits of how Viv’s Energy Efficiency products provided by The Madison Energy Group, IntelliHVAC and EnerG2, can improve their business’s bottom line

STEP 3: Complete the purchase order

  • Help them complete the purchase order form by sitting with them and answering any questions

STEP 4: Return the completed purchase order

  • Return the purchase order form with all sections completed to support@justviv.com. If they made payment by check ensure a copy is also mailed with the purchase order to the address on the form.
    • TIP: Offer to take the check and mail it to Viv on their behalf so you know it has been done!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT THE PURCHASE ORDER?

Once the Purchase Order has been submitted to Viv, here’s what you can expect:

  1. The order is processed by Viv. Any notes, such as special installation requests or any changes will be discussed prior to finalizing payment.
  2. Your customer’s order details are passed to The Madison Energy Group.
    1. If they have chosen to lease the products Madison will finalize their lease agreement.
  3. Madison will coordinate the installation directly with your customer.
  4. Once complete, you will see the order has been updated in your Virtual Office to Active. At this stage, give them a call, thank them, make sure they are happy and you will see your commission payment in the following pay cycle!

PILOT PROGRAM: STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR LEAD

The Pilot Program is a unique opportunity for your prospective commercial customer to try these amazing energy efficiency products in their business at no upfront cost. Here are 3 simple steps to submit your lead:

STEP 1: Key information you should know

  • Who is the decision maker? You must know this person.
  • How many sites do they operate?
  • How many HVAC units do they have at each site?
  • How many walk-in coolers and freezers they have at each site?
  • Would the deal be $25,000 or more?
    • Do the quick math: IntelliHVAC $999 each, EnerG2 $599 each

STEP 2: Submit their details

  • Submit their details using the lead button below. Your lead is receipted by Viv and the information is checked. At this point if we have any questions we will ask you.

STEP 3: Call with Madison

  • Madison will contact you to speak with you about your lead and arrange a 3-way call with them. Once the call is complete, The Madison Energy Group takes over and works to close your lead!

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AFTER I SUBMIT MY LEAD?

Once your lead has been qualified to receive an Energy Efficiency Pilot Proposal, here’s what they can expect:

  1. Usage meter installed on their HVAC and/or cooler & freezer units
  2. Track usage & demand for 1-2 weeks
  3. EnerG2 and/or IntelliHVAC installed
  4. Track usage & demand for 1-2 weeks
  5. Energy Efficiency Proposal delivered with results from the pilot including usage reduction, projected savings, project pricing and financing options
  6. Customer decides to purchase units and move forward with proposal or they can be removed at no cost

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL LEAD SUBMISSION

  • Speak to your commercial customer prospect about reducing their energy costs.
  • Educate them on the smart options that Viv can offer with the EnerG2 and IntelliHVAC fliers. These products will save them money and have a fast ROI!
  • Small businesses can purchase directly – use fliers and case studies to make and close the sale.
  • Larger businesses and businesses with multiple sites could qualify for our no-obligation pilot program. This process begins with a call, you just need to schedule the call!
    • Explain that with their permission, you will have someone contact them to conduct a free site inspection and to arrange a free trial of the products at their places of business.
    • They will receive a report at the end of the trial program detailing the savings they have made and can expect in the future.
  • Make sure you submit ALL of the details required in the Lead Submission Form, this is important!
